In 2002, the United States/China Foundation, a non-profit international cultural arts program, chose the award-winning Mary Lamont Band of Long Island, NY, to represent the United States through their country/Americana music. This groundbreaking tour of Mainland China covered some 23,500 miles. The band performed in Shenyang, Dalian, Guizhou Province, Xiamen, Beijing, and Nanjing. Follow the band on a magical musical adventure across China.
