There was once a water witch named Jenny Greenteeth. She lived all alone in a tumble-down old house in the Beaches beside Lake Ontario. Jennie had lived there for years and years, frightening everyone - the police, the mayor, adults and children. Then one day, a little boy named David taught everyone a lesson that changed the lives of the people in the Beaches forever.
