Teacup turbulence
Thanks to an ad campaign featuring teacup pups sporting HotPets Bling, small dog adoptions have skyrocketed. So when a Midwest shelter has more toy dogs than it can handle, LA shelter manager Lauren Vancouver sends a plane to bring the pups back. She didn't count on Teresa Kantrim, who'd been caring for the dogs and didn't trust anyone in La-La Land to take over the job, coming along. Or that she would turn up murdered . . .
