Elders Treaty Video Series

DVD 2015

The Manitoba First Nations Education Resource Centre produced a series of videos in which elders from four Manitoba First Nations communities recall their ancestors' stories of the treaty signing. Each elder speaks their traditional language as they share their people's understanding of what the treaties mean to their community and what terms were thought to be agreed upon at the signing.
