Sean and Christian have relocated their practice from Miami to Los Angeles. While waiting for business to take off, the two stumble into playing parts on a TV medical drama. They had to contend with its egotistic star while Sean romances its female lead. There's some inventive twists, including the downward spiral that Matt and Kimber are on, and Julia's surprising new relationship.
