干校六记
Gan xiao liu ji
A memoir of Yang Jiang (1911-2016), a Chinese author, translator and playwright. Originally published in 1981, this is Yang's most famous book, which reveals her life stories during China's Cultural Revolution. At age of nearly 60, she spent three years in the reform school and witnessed the social-political turmoil where many Chinese intellectuals' lives were permanently changed.
