Steve and Melanie are a married couple whose marriage is threatened by Steve's gambling ways. To keep the money in the family, Melanie talks her husband's business partner into posing as his bookie. But the strategy backfires as it rouses the ire of mob boss, Tony Gagouts, who decides it's time to eliminate the competition.
