Griffin Tardiff, 16, sidelined from hockey because of a serious injury, starts Grade 11 in a new school an hour away from his home town of Ottawa. He chooses, as his community service, a spot at the local radio station. Then he gets involved in the lives of a family in his new neighbourhood which opens his eyes to other intriguing possibilities.
