Pilates. Target specifics plus legs, arms, butt, abs
This total body workout is based on the postures and techniques of yoga and Pilates. By using the basic principles of concentration, control and the breath connection, along with strengthening exercises you can reshape and redefine your body's trouble areas : legs, arms, butts and abs. Throughout each 15 minute segment, each muscle will be challenged through movement. Some segments will also train the muscles to stabilize and tone.
