The miracle of love

Holly's much longed-for promotion goes to a mysterious outsider and she suspects something is amiss. The outsider, Joel Richards, starts making changes by replacing the stores regular Santa Claus, and suddenly a series of burglaries start to occur. Holly starts to investigate and finds out more things than she ever thought she'd want to know.
