A new beginning

When Kirsty Johnston visits Fells Inn it's no longer the happy place of her childhood memories, but run-down and up for sale. The only other guest is the mysterious Bob, who keeps to himself. Despite this a friendship develops between them, but Bob proves to be a difficult man to know. And when Kirsty decides to make an offer for the inn and start a new life, it brings them into direct competition. Will they ever resolve their differences?
