This Heart Healthy Kids Program has been developed by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario in an effort to promote the importance of establishing heart healthy behaviours among Ontario's youth. The premise of this program is to ensure that children become aware of the importance of choosing a heart healthy lifestyle. Within the Heart Healthy Kids Program you will find a number of tools to use throughout the school year.
