The sequel to 2006's The Hamiltons has the four orphaned vampire siblings fleeing to the U.K. under a new name, the Thompsons. When youngest brother Lenny is gravely injured, the clan investigates rumors of another vampire clan in England, the Stuarts, that may be able to help him. But when the Stuarts flip-flop between attacking the siblings and helping them, they begin to wonder if the Stuarts have ulterior motives to their assistance.
