In 1999, two New York city bankers started the company Office Tiger in Chennai, India, providing back-office support to Western corporations. By 2005, the company had over 3,000 employees, serving Fortune 500 companies on three continents. The documentary Office Tigers examines efforts to fuse American corporate culture with the Indian professional ambition.
